We bought an Evolution KP17222 kettle in the store, worked for one day, boiled the water 3 times. The kettle turns on, but there is no heating. We contacted the store for a refund, and the store sent the kettle to the service center. A couple of days later, they called, said the kettle was working, the defect was not confirmed. We came to pick it up, we asked the store to check it. The kettle is not working. The kettle will be sent to the service center again. They cannot return the money on the spot, because the store employee cannot determine the working capacity of the kettle. It's just a circus! This is the first time I've come across a situation where a non-working product is returned after a service A review of the kettle was left on the store's website, two weeks have passed, the review is not published, they refer to the workload of the employees.

Do not forget with what faces and claims you come to the store, naively believing that they should be jumping on their hind legs in front of you. People, start criticizing yourself. And the store is cool, as you treat people, so do they treat you) And by the way, the work of a service center and the work of sellers are not the same thing, so write nasty things about marriage there))

Excellent store, fast and courteous sellers. I bought an air fryer, they told me, showed me, opened it, turned it on, and also bought a pepper shaker. The guys are just super competent😍
