Low-quality product, deception in characteristics, biased service center.
UPD: Inattentive and illogical support agents who responded to the review.
Low-quality product:
The ATuMan Duka ES1 scales produce a value with one decimal place as a result of measurements, that is, they have a discreteness of 0.1 g. However, they are not able to register a weight change of even 1 whole gram, and the measurement error ranges from 1 to 4 grams.
Deception in the characteristics:
The website promises measurement accuracy and indicates the division price of 0.1 g, and separately states that these are all available characteristics. While on other sites, it is always the accuracy that is indicated, which is all that matters. The division price cannot make sense if it differs from the accuracy by more than 20 times! This is a direct deception.
Biased service:
A technician simply cannot fail to realize the clear connection between the division price and the accuracy of the device. This follows from both common sense and basic educational knowledge. But at the same time, the service claims that a difference of ten times is the norm. And refuses to refund.
UPD: dear Xystor! It says on your product page that "ALL specifications can be found HERE." And this is directly aimed at the four-point list, which indicates the division price, but not a word about the fact that, contrary to all conceivable measurement rules, it differs from the actual accuracy by dozens of times. This is nothing but a hoax. Right on your website.
Yes, we are primarily deceived by the manufacturer, creating the appearance of accuracy at the expense of the division price. But you keep doing this when you hide the precision and write that there is only a division price. If you have been deceived, then you do not get the right to do the same.
If this is difficult to understand, then imagine buying a watch with three hands and a division price of one second. And after the purchase, it turns out that only one of the three hands is working, and the rest are for beauty, since the watch is not designed to measure minutes and seconds (according to the instructions). And the purchase took place online, where the product profile told about the high accuracy of the watch and the price of division to the second.)

The repair was carried out quickly, accurately and efficiently. The craftsmen performed diagnostics and identified the cause of the malfunction, after which they replaced the necessary parts. All the work was done professionally and taking into account my wishes.
The peculiarity of this service is that the repair was absolutely free, despite the fact that my mop was not under warranty. This shows the customer orientation and loyalty of this service center to its customers.
In addition, I would like to note the friendly atmosphere in the service center and the willingness of the craftsmen to answer all questions that arise. The service center also did not impose additional services or unnecessary spare parts, which indicates the transparency of the services provided.

I am somewhat disappointed with the work of the store.
In mid-May, I bought a Xiaomi Grooming Kit Pro shaving kit. It was delivered, and when unpacking, it turned out that something was shaking in the trimmer itself, some small detail. I called, they said come and see. I came for the first time. The set was taken away for a week, we called back, come and replace it. When asked if it was impossible to deliver, they replied that it was impossible, you need to issue a refund. I'm going a second time. Replaced.
When unpacking, after removing the nozzle, it was found that the other nozzles did not become, even the first one did not fall into place.
I'm going for the third time. I explain the situation, the administrator, who assures me that he has the same set and has never had any problems, tries to install a nozzle on the trimmer for 15 minutes with me, gives up and takes it to the service. At the same time, I clearly say that I do not want to buy this set anymore.
They took it away for a week. They called and said that a nozzle had been installed at the service and promised to inform me when the kit would be in the store so that I would come for the fourth time for a thing that, having never worked, was already under repair. Then the store called and told me that I could pick up my kit.
I won't go the fourth time. There are no complaints about the store staff, polite professionals. But the decision on my question is unclear to me. I think I will no longer use the stores, and the brand too, now there is enough choice. Thanks for attention.

Today I was lucky enough to become the owner of a phone that I purchased at XISTORE. The store set the minimum price for the product in the catalog (with the "super prices" icon), I successfully placed an order, the store confirmed the order. After a while, the price in the catalog changed, but the HONEST and DECENT store "XISTORE" did not change the price for an already placed order (although the price changed by almost 20%), the order was received at lunch. Even in the store, when issuing an order, the sales consultant was surprised by the price (contacted the managers to make sure it was correct). For which "XISTORE" has a LOT of GRATITUDE and RESPECT. Most stores would simply refuse to sell the product at a low price, referring to the so-called "technical failure". XISTORE - you are the best!!! I hope you will remain like this, I really want to continue shopping with you))))

I bought wireless headphones on 08/16/2023.
The service was excellent, I even left a positive review in the book of comments and suggestions. After a month and a half, a crack appeared at the bend site. Today I applied for a warranty to the store, the seller said that this is not a warranty case. There was no alternative proposed, if you hand over the headphones for verification, then this would also not give a result. Now the question. Why does the sold product not withstand normal, I repeat, normal use without excessive loads? Now there is no desire to use such headphones and for me it is money spent.
