I was looking for a certain smart with a good installment plan. Called. They explained it clearly. Arrived. They licked it (told it, showed it, gave it a feel), and explained that the installment payment goes through a loan agreement with the Moscow-Minsk bank. They said that they had to wait 30-60 minutes (to contact the bank and check my credit history) and they would contact me. I agreed, and went to have a snack at the nearby JTBar (by the way, the pizza turned out to be delicious). A bell rang for half a cup of coffee, and a pleasant voice informed me that the bank had given the go-ahead, and they were waiting for me at the store to process documents and issue a smart card. Half an hour later, I became the owner of a new smart! Thanks to the guys from xistore for the high cultural level and efficiency!

The only thing I wanted to note was the terrible work of the repair center, when the connector in my phone flew 4 times, I had to take it down there and pay for more connector repairs, although hardly a month passed between breakdowns, and when I brought it to a regular repair center, they said that the part was not even replaced and for less money they fixed it for me The connector is still working, although almost a year has passed, so it wasn't about its operation, as I was run away at the xistor repair center
Everything would be fine, but the prices are so much higher than the market that the store is suitable at most to see the thing that you buy in another place

I didn't like everything. It was as if he had come not to a company store, but to some kind of Soviet underground shop, only in a modern style.
I chose a Bluetooth speaker as a gift. I asked to see three different models. Of these, in principle, only one has earned. The second one never connected to any of the devices (even to phones of the same brand), the third one was completely discharged (which the seller guessed only after my hint). But I had to buy something, so I chose the only working option, after 20 minutes of unsuccessful attempts by sellers to connect at least something else.
It is important to note that the staff are dull students who, apparently, consider it beneath their dignity to smile at customers or at least try to do something in order not to completely discourage the desire to contact them.
The impression at the checkout finally deteriorated: when choosing a column, I read its technical description on the stand, where the price of 59 rubles was also indicated. I checked the price with the employee who showed it to me, and he confirmed it. And already at the checkout when making a purchase, a girl with a facial expression "how are you all for me...Lee" suddenly informs me that I owe 66 rubles. I reasonably noticed that a different price was indicated on the stand, which was confirmed to me by their employee. To which I received the answer: "there is a wrong price. We have two modifications of this column and this one costs 66." Of course, none of the employees even thought to apologize.
In general, the impression is terrible and I will never go to this store myself and will not recommend it to anyone else. Unless you want to find out what the Soviet "service" looks like in a modern way.

A great Xiaomi store in Belarus, came, talked with consultants, are familiar with all the technical specifications, helped with the choice and made a purchase. The smartphone pleases to this day, all without problems. The protective glass was pasted for FREE, which was pleasantly surprised. I also bought MiBand 2, called - ordered - brought, everything is clear! The service is at a very high level!!!

The store is good and cultured, but I will still rate 5- , because the sample (as if it were the face of the company) of the mi 9 phone hung up, for a moment the model that is the flagship!
..awesome store.. the managers are courteous and friendly.. I bought a TV set from them.. the TV itself is not very good..but how it was sold.. with a straight soul.. !)) I'll come to them for some more crap)..
