The food is delicious, the assortment is sufficient, the prices are below average, although simple in design, but sincere. And in general, lunch, besides the gustatory pleasure, also brought a little humor :))) we asked for a check for payment, and as in a reputable institution, they brought us a book, and there, I attach a photo. This is the cost of a full meal + a liter of pomegranate juice. In other cafes in the center, we were charged 65-80 manats for lunch for two without alcohol, but with juices.

It's an amazing thing to have an inexpensive cafe with very decent cuisine right in the city center. Small, in the basement, the interior is simple to the point of simplicity. The service is fast. They only accept cash!!! I took ayran, vegetable salad, lula and liver kebab. The vegetables are fresh and not oaky, the lula is bright-juicy, with a slight sharpness, a slight taste of lamb, the liver kebab is soft, well soaked. I paid 17 manats. I consider it simply an indispensable place if you need to have a quick, tasty and inexpensive full meal in the city center.

Great cafe! I recommend it! The whole vacation spent in Baku was eaten only here. The portions are large, the meat is very tasty, we have tried everything, the prices will pleasantly surprise!
The waiters are friendly, they will also prompt you in Russian. The room is cozy, you can relax from the wind and strong sun. The parrots sing pleasantly.

We were in a period of very cool weather, and all visitors should know that the toilet is outside and there is no hot water in it, and toilet paper may not be available either. The menu has adequate prices, so there is always a crowd of local people and experienced tourists. The service is fast, the portions are medium, the pomegranate wine is delicious. WiFi is available for non-residents and it is free, there are sockets for charging the phone. The brick vaults of the basement give an entourage of asceticism. There is a toilet. The first time we went in, we liked everything very much, but the second time we didn't like it very much - the portions were small, there was only cartilage with mosles in the lamb kebab.

A good cafe with affordable prices, mostly for 6-10 manats per dish. We had lunch several times, we didn't notice any cheating on the bill, everything is clear. Russian Russian is on the menu, and the staff also speaks a little Russian.
We ordered beef soup, one was served with meat, the other had only bones.
We tried several dishes with mutton (including saj), the meat turned out to have bones and was quite tough.
Lyulya is good, I liked him.

We took bean and lentil soups, lula and dolma. Everything is very tasty, the cradle melts in your mouth. For two people with a bottle of dry red wine, the first and second came out 40 manats. Overeat! And judging by the lack of free tables at five in the evening, the place is a favorite of many! I recommend it, you can't go wrong! 👍

The dishes are delicious, it feels like eating at home. A very polite and respectful waiter, placed the three of us in a separate room with a table for 6 people, recommended the dishes himself.
Prices are lower than in other establishments. The reviews wrote about the bill in one digit on a piece of paper, so from my point of view it does not matter, because the bill is lower than expectations and there is no point in understanding prices.
Very convenient location in the very center of the city, I recommend for lunch before or after visiting the fortress.

The menu is very limited. There are many positions by type: mashed potatoes with a cutlet. We took lettuce, plastic tomatoes (and this is in Baku). The meat is oak. Lyulya is also a C-grade.
I liked only tea, rice (crumbly) and flatbread.
We paid 25 manats for lunch for two.
The cafe is located in the basement. It's dark and not cozy.
Conclusion. To eat on a budget - yes. Enjoying a meal is not.
