We have been vacationing since mid-November. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are fresh, clean, the service is top-notch, the food is varied, the staff is friendly and almost all Russian-speaking, there are many pools, the beach is large, the sea is gorgeous with a coral patch, take masks and admire colorful fish without leaving the beach, sun beds do not need to take up space for everyone, a lot of entertainment, for children it's just Paradise is a huge children's area with wonderful animators, children can be left from the age of 2. Many thanks to the representative of the company Anex tour Osama - he helped in solving all issues, competent, friendly, responsive. A few minuses: the child caught an intestinal infection, while plus the staff and Osama personally: they promptly helped to use honey. insurance, provided dietary meals in the room and in two days everything is OK. And we are also tired of the constant wind, November is not the most successful season for Hurghada. I recommend the hotel!
Pros : large territory, there is a place to walk, beautiful areas for photos, gorgeous sea - the entrance is gently sloping and clean , there is a small reef with fish, the beach is large , there are enough sun beds, the rooms are comfortable (the minibar is replenished every day for free), the view was on the main large pool - we were satisfied. separately, I would like to mention the coffee shop - beautiful, delicious desserts and coffee
Cons: the food in the shared restaurant is not up to the standard for a high-class hotel, a couple of dinners were just sad) a la carte restaurants - you need to book on the first day of arrival to get to one or two restaurants only at the end of your stay - everything was so packed (we had a rest in early November). The Turkish a la carte is the only one that I managed to visit - for a solid four.
I liked the hotel as a whole and the rest left only positive memories. The hotel congratulated me on my birthday with a bottle of wine and a cake)) I recommend the hotel , it's very decent by Egyptian standards . 👍🏻
A lovely hotel with a Turkish twist. Excellent service, cuisine, rooms - everything is top notch (in Egypt). The crystal beach is magnificent with a smooth entrance, the food in the restaurants is the freshest, they do not skimp on the quality of the food. Lots of fish and seafood, fresh juices. The children's mini club is big and interesting, you can just come and play, and for a couple of hours you can leave children from 2 to 4 years old with a Russian babysitter-teacher for free. It gives a breath of air to the parents of the kids. They provide a stroller for free during the rest period. Which helped a lot, they didn't take their own. Shuttles regularly take those who do not want to walk across a large area to the beach and back. The hotel is worth the money
