There are ATMs near the branch, I tried to withdraw cash from a Visa bank card, in the equivalent of $ 100. The ATM debited money from the card, but did not issue cash. In response to my requests to look into this issue, the branch employee said that in a couple of days, the bank would return the money to the card. THE BANK DID NOT REFUND THE MONEY!
