This is probably the worst bank in Uzbekistan.The service is disgusting, they work slowly, they distract each other.their personal problems take precedence over their clients.All operations are slow.I am very sorry that all the pensioners have been transferred to this bank.The bank's employees do not respect their customers.Sometimes they communicate very rudely or don't respond at all.

We've been going to this bank all our lives, because it's near the house. At first, the reconstruction of the 1st floor began, we thought well, not for long, but it took so long. But the staff at the bank became just terrible, such a boorish attitude, as if she came to their house, it says on the website that the bank works until 18:00, came at 17:05, I ask if it is possible to change money, to which the woman replies "don't you see what, we don't work all are closed" in such a tone, as if I had dropped in to visit them at home. A man came in after me and they calmly changed his money. I'm just in complete shock.
