Employees do not want to work , they serve one client for an hour , it 's just a mess , how such a service is possible is unclear !!!!! They send them all the time to the neighboring windows , although each of the girls replies that they serve all the ticket offices , although in fact they just throw everything at each other.

I solved all my financial problems without waiting in line. The staff is polite. Among the disadvantages, there are queues at the ticket offices and there is no automation and new technological opportunities. This bank is about 20 years behind. Everything is done manually, even to get a certificate of cash flow, you need to come to the office and get it in a day. It cannot be done remotely. I hope I will never contact this bank again.
