I've worked with people for a long time myself, and I understand that their work is not easy. However, it is worth recalling that customers are the basis of their earnings. Without them, there will be no salary. I urge you to teach them how to communicate with clients correctly. This is a state-owned bank, and such behavior damages the reputation of your organization.
Today I visited a private bank, where the staff showed much more courtesy. Don't forget that without clients, your institution may lose its importance. I've been waiting for my turn for the fourth hour now, and I think I have the right not to close the door behind me, since it's not my responsibility. A security guard should not sit under the air conditioner, ignoring customers. I'm not going to do his job (closing the door every time), and no one has the right to speak at me in a raised tone. (if this happens again, I will not remain silent and demand moral compensation from the bank)
