Dear Management, I ask you to consider firing the guards working in your facility. Their behavior causes serious complaints, as they do not know how to interact correctly with customers. I've been in and out of the waiting room multiple times, just to see if it's my turn. Under normal conditions, I would love to wait in a cool room, not on a hot concrete floor outside. Unfortunately, the guards don't even hesitate to comment on my actions when I try to close the door behind me. One of them started shouting at me, demanding to close the door, and they are indignant because they were disturbed. Instead of helping to create a comfortable atmosphere, they raise their voice to the visitors. I've worked with people for a long time myself, and I understand that their work is not easy. However, it is worth recalling that customers are the basis of their earnings. Without them, there will be no salary. I urge you to teach them how to communicate with clients correctly. This is a state-owned bank, and such behavior damages the reputation of your organization. Today I visited a private bank, where the staff showed much more courtesy. Don't forget that without clients, your institution may lose its importance. I've been waiting for my turn for the fourth hour now, and I think I have the right not to close the door behind me, since it's not my responsibility. A security guard should not sit under the air conditioner, ignoring customers. I'm not going to do his job (closing the door every time), and no one has the right to speak at me in a raised tone. (if this happens again, I will not remain silent and demand moral compensation from the bank) I hope that this message will be taken seriously, and the guards will have a conversation about how to communicate with customers! Let the guards stand and do their job properly instead of sitting 24/7. Thanks for attention.
