A stunning guesthouse with a wonderful view of the church. The kind hostess who waited for my arrival at 4:30 in the morning! Clean and cozy. The renovation is amazing. The rooms have everything except a refrigerator and a safe. I didn't like only the small distance from the center and the weak sound insulation. There is a cafe "home cooking" 50 meters away, where you can eat delicious food and even overeat for 10-20 GEL. The portions are huge. The cafe is amazing! I will also write a review about him.

Excellent guest house, hospitable, everything is clean, downstairs kitchen you can cook your own food. Tea and coffee are free. From our window there is a view of the Trinity Cathedral, it glows beautifully at night, a quiet area on the mountain, you can walk to the old town. There is a spar store and a couple of cafes nearby. We were very satisfied.

Nice guest house. The room is clean, cleaned every day. There is a shared kitchen, tea, coffee, sugar, dishes for free. A washing machine and an iron with a board are available for a fee.

The acquaintance with Georgia began with the X Palace Hotel in Tbilisi. My score is 4 points on a 5-point scale. I am lowering the score for all hotels in Georgia for the low room temperature. Otherwise, only the pros: wonderful hosts, hospitable, very welcoming and calm. The feeling of being a guest of close relatives. The room is clean, everything is in good order and in excellent condition. If I visit Tbilisi again, I will definitely stay only at this hotel. I recommend.
