While walking along the ANAS (National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan), be sure to check out Xengelation. The design attracts you first of all, it's just bombastic! The atmosphere inside is homely and cozy, the young waiters are polite. We found a guy named Terxan, quick and attentive. The food is delicious, the portions are huge, and we ate heartily. Azeri tea is generally incredible! Khinkali is hearty, khachapuri is huge. You won't regret coming here!

Take Georgian khinkali, considering that they are large and in portions of 5 pieces. They must be rolled and mixed with adjika, very tasty. The service is very nice and fast, despite the full boarding. The Khinkali waited no more than 20 minutes. I'll come back

We went to have lunch at the khinkalnaya.
We ordered Dushbarak and khinkali soup. We waited for the order for half an hour. The soup was brought first. It is impossible to eat it: it is very salty. It seems that the chicken cube was diluted with hot water, pieces of dough were added and brought.
Khinkali are huge with a very thick leg. They were only with beef.
You can eat khinkali, but we ate it tastier!
2 sauces and a flatbread were sold for an additional fee.
When invoicing, it turned out that it was still necessary to pay a service fee of 10 manats.
Bottom line: the place itself is beautiful, but the food and service are just terrible.
We do not recommend this institution!

This is a great place!
Instant service, fried khinkali came in 5 minutes, and boiled no more than 10 minutes. Good portions. Khachapuri melts in your mouth! The staff is very polite! I advise you!

Cheaters are rare. Khinkali minimum order is 5 pcs. They ask if the sauce is needed. They said yes, they brought 3 sauces. As a result, khinkali are large in size, minced meat in them with gulkin's nose, 5 khinkali for 1.5 manat-7.5manat , but sauces 4+4+7- 15manat. And 15% maintenance service. I don't understand why they have a queue at the entrance in the evening. I really don't recommend it.

Khinkali tastes very average (for three) waiters breed for sauce and bread, which are more expensive than khinkali, plus they charge for the service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
