I rarely write reviews, but it's impossible to leave these guys without a review. It's just a TOP-of-the-line store, great specialists who know their business, did everything quickly and efficiently, and you can feel the level of professionalism of the staff. They are very friendly and customer-oriented. I bought computer components, helped with the choice, prompted, went to a meeting where it was necessary, met the deadline, liked that the guys were clearly not working just to sell more, but to provide a high-quality service and leave the customer satisfied. I am very glad that I turned to this particular store and after such an experience I will continue to contact them. Thanks for the work!

Great store and nice staff! I ordered the entire computer for the components here.
We promptly accepted the order and called to clarify the information. They also gave some recommendations and, if desired, options for components. It was easy and pleasant to communicate with the manager.
They could have delivered all the components in a couple of days, but at my request they were postponed to a certain date. I planned to build the PC myself, but changed my mind and called the next day. Looking ahead, I will say that I did not regret it. They were assembled perfectly (as if I were collecting for myself). All components are guaranteed from 12 to 24 (36) months.
There are no questions about the delivery either. During the day, they called, clarified whether everything was in force and named a short period of time in which the goods would be delivered. On the day of delivery, they called again and gave a specific time. They arrived at the exact appointed time. Also, at the end, I had a nice conversation with the employee who delivered the goods: he answered some of my questions about the components, assembly, and tests performed.
Total: great store, great staff, everything is great!

I assembled the entire computer here, and it was delivered in two days, already assembled, at my request, with drivers installed and other necessary software for immediate use. I also want to mention the work of the manager and the courier, pleasant people who are easy to talk to and don't feel like you owe someone something. Maybe prices are more expensive for some items than for other sellers, but given that there is a greater guarantee and a lot of good reviews (ugh, ugh, ugh), you can be sure that you will not be left with a broken trough to deal with your own goods, which you bought yourself.

I ordered from this store for the first time and was disappointed.
1. At the stage of the order, they try to find out the buyer's personal data, allegedly for the courier. Although the courier should not care who is there or what is there, he gave the goods, took the money, and left. Especially since it's not me who can take it.
2. The same couriers refuse to go up to the apartment, but at the same time recognize the apartment, allegedly in case the mobile phone does not answer. Although the intercom might as well not answer.
3. They have some kind of "own" guarantee... The manufacturer gives the product a 2-year warranty, and the box says 2 years warranty. But, the store says that this should be ignored.... And they only give a 1-year warranty. Apparently they know the manufacturer better... And how can you give less than the manufacturer?.. This is the first time I've seen this. In other stores, the warranty is always no less than that of the manufacturer.
4. When we picked up the goods under warranty for inspection, we wanted to pick up the warranty document, which is the same as the receipt... apparently, so that I don't have any goods left, or a purchase document ...
Well, in the act that was issued: no phone numbers of the service, no ongoing work, no detailed information. It just says that he "was" in the SC, and that everything is fine. I had to search for the CC's phone number on the Internet myself. I called the SC, they couldn't tell me what they were doing and how they checked. They also wrote in the act that the product was allegedly worn, despite the fact that it was new.. I opened it, checked it, and sent it under warranty.
After this review on the trading floor, the store director called, he didn't like that I left such a review.
I don't know what the purpose of his call was, but in the end he was rude to me, and that was the end of the conversation.…

Great store! I collected PCs here, I was satisfied with both the quality of the goods and the service.
There was a small problem with one of the products, but the store staff promptly accepted it for exchange and did it without unnecessary questions. This attitude to the customer is not often found. It is clear that the guys are focused on long-term relationships with customers.

The store is like a store, they sell the same accessories as everyone else..They work like everyone else. I bought a Box for ASUS ROG Strix Arion drives from them after a while, I began to lose luck with the computer. I applied for a warranty, they issued an opinion on the wear of the connector and the cancellation of the warranty without signatures. I contacted the ASUS representative office- where they rejected the cable, replaced the cable, everything works. And they are not very convenient.

There are no questions about the work of the store, the pick-up point and the quality of the goods, but they promised a discount as a frequent customer, and as a result, words are wasted. I collected almost the news of the PC (the feed of the motherboard) in the end, when I decided to ask about the promised discount because I had to buy another processor and cooler, they tell me that they don't know who I am and that they don't have any of my orders in their database, I did everything from my account, they tell me that I I probably made a mistake with the store, yes, of course. For the words on the air 2 stars, I have not yet described that the courier is a greyhound (there was a 2nd courier, he is pleasant) says when inspecting the goods that he only has 10 minutes, should I care? I bought a product that is not cheap and I want to check it out.
In general, the store is good, the goods are of high quality, but there are problems with communication and order processing and their subsequent preservation.
