There are no words here, nature is all around Mazhevineki, Archa hotel is located in the Zaminsky protected area three-star hotel the hotel staff is very nice polite, they work smartly, they are tidy, but the most uncomfortable thing in this hotel is for Muslims no attention and opportunities, elementary there is no sign in the room indicating the direction to Kabah for prayer in this area the Internet is a bit buggy after the third or fourth attempt, the application is triggered.These are in three hotels, the Ramada Wyndham and the Trip.The armageries of the three hotels could arrange a room for believers in order to stay comfortably at the hotel.It doesn't take much, just desire + diligence.

The location is bombastic, a nature reserve surrounded by mountains. The hotel is fresh, the renovation is excellent, everything is clean and tidy. There are 2 pillows of different densities to choose from, the beds are comfortable.
The staff is caring, but sometimes they come across untrained people who run to ask their elders.
The check-in is quick, no problem.
The food for breakfast and dinner is simple and a little, there is not much choice, but it is edible. Brewed coffee for some money at the bar.
We didn't get to the spa, like it was under repair.
The views are stunning, the sunsets and sunrises are especially elegant, and it's easy to breathe.
I'll probably be back.

An excellent three hotels in a magnificent corner of paradise. the rooms are new, equipped with everything you need! There is a cable car within walking distance, and a suspension bridge 3 km away where electric cars run (we walked). An excellent spa complex with an adequate price tag. We lived for two days - we took them without food so as not to be tied down.. For breakfast, we usually went to a cafe near the cable car (where, at the request of my wife, they even made a pre-made omelet, which is not on the menu!) . We had dinner both days at a barbecue restaurant near a suspension bridge with magnificent views... you can have lunch in several places by going down the cable car. Yes, if you're interested, you can't officially buy alcohol (it's too expensive from under the counter), bring it with you! We will definitely come again!!!

It's amazing to build a luxury hotel on top of a mountain, we can't even imagine how much it cost!
The hotel is quite atmospheric and cozy!
But I also wanted to note that I was not entirely pleased:
My husband remained hungry because there was no choice on the buffet, there was one first course- pumpkin soup and one second course.
And on the part of the staff, there was a lot of fuss about the IBD (imitation of violent activity)
Then there was the moment that the staff speaks only Uzbek, they don't speak Russian, they don't speak English, but you often have guests from the CIS and other foreign countries.
And we witnessed how in some moments the staff did not understand what the guests were asking of them.
We think it's okay if someone doesn't know something, but we would like to show the service of our country at the highest level.

This is a wonderful hotel where you can really relax!!! Everything is great from the simplicity and comfort of the rooms to the food. The only negative is the very loud music on a weekend evening. Still, according to the status of this hotel, this should not be the case!!! For dinner, you need to choose the appropriate musical accompaniment in normal decebels...

Please note that Zaamin is traditionally considered a place for summer holidays, but we visited it in March, when the snow had not yet melted, but the sun was already shining, besides in the month of Ramadan, so there were few tourists, it felt like the resort was running in test mode. One of the inconveniences: you have to go to the spa center down the street. In summer, this is most likely not a problem, but walking down the street to the hotel after the sauna in March through the snow is not a pleasure, so the free-standing spa area is a clear disadvantage in winter. Next, the food wasn't exactly delicious. There are two possible factors here: the first, as I said, is Ramadan, but the attitude towards tourists should not change because of this, and the second is that we were "package" tourists out of season, and we just got the most budget accommodation option. Anyway, food is not a credit. Further, it was probably an isolated incident, but in the evening, when I wanted to take a shower, there was no hot water in the faucet, the water was barely warm, and I couldn't swim. Now there is another drawback, which most likely does not apply to the hotel, but to visits during the cold season: the rooms are heated by air conditioning, and the conditioned air is known to be dry. Accordingly, everything was dry in the morning - nose, throat, skin on the face, from lack of oxygen (how is this even possible in the mountains?!) I had a headache (even in my sleep). It would have helped to open the window, but the rooms only have doors to the balcony, and the strong mountain wind made it impossible to open it at night. In general, the place itself is very beautiful, the nature is magnificent, but there was always a feeling from the hotel that something was unfinished. It wasn't comfortable, in short. And the staff was, I would say, "overly polite", again, maybe stress due to Ramadan. The next time I come in the summer, I'm sure it will feel completely different.

The reservation from the hotel indicates 200,000 soums unlimited in time. In the complex itself - 200,000 soums in two or three hours at the discretion of the administrator. The salt bath is not working, there is no steam in the hammam, and the Finnish sauna is "cold." There is no cash register.

A good international hotel, located in the most convenient location of the Zaamin Nature Reserve, within walking distance from the cable car and suspension bridge. The hotel rooms are equipped with everything you need. Next to the hotel there is a SPA with a large indoor pool. Very polite hotel staff. We really liked it, we will come here again! 😍🥰

This is the second time we have come here. They were in February and June 2024. A new hotel, all amenities, the room is equipped, simple but delicious food, you definitely won't be hungry, it's convenient that everything is nearby, a cable car, a bridge (personally, I walked for 45 minutes, but who likes to walk). A carp was opened nearby. The territory is well maintained, the views from the Windows are breathtaking. I highly recommend it

I booked Windham, but I was accommodated in another Ramada building, on the same territory.
And then it was like this:
I was there in early May.
The hotel itself is not bad, but there is a construction site everywhere. There is no infrastructure yet. The cost of any product in the only store on the territory is three times higher than Tashkent prices. The smell from the exhaust of machinery reaches the windows of the 4th floor.
On Saturday, the disco music in the restaurant on the 1st floor thundered so that you could hear louder than your own voice in the room on the 4th floor.
Additionally, the impression was spoiled by the fact that one of the employees who issued me transferred the cashback for paying for the room to his account. When I caught him in this a few days later, he immediately transferred this amount to me, but the impression was already spoiled.
The cost of the rooms, even taking into account the included three meals a day (a good buffet), is greatly exaggerated. But this is the way it is done in Uzbekistan, because there are no options.
