I liked the hotel. The sea is 20 meters from the room. Clean, cozy, its own private beach, there is no outsider, the staff is polite and caring, the pool is shallow with hydro massage and waterfalls. There are both European and local dishes for breakfast. Yes, it's a bit far from the center, but a taxi is still "divine" in translation into our rubles (the same Uber can take 200 rubles a block away from us), the price is 250 rubles both there and back with our money. If there was a desire, you can get anywhere. It is better to have a clean beach and tranquility, a small amount for a taxi, than everything is close, noise is noise and it takes 3 years to walk to the sea by field. The hotel is located in a quiet part of the city. Its beach is clean enough, but at low tide the water goes away and it is uncomfortable to swim knee-deep in the water. The pool helps out. The rooms are cool, the renovation is fresh, solid 4 stars! Cleaning and change of towels every day. All rooms, I emphasize, all rooms have a sea view (building features of the hotel). Breakfast is a buffet, both Asian and European cuisine. The staff is helpful, but communication is only through an online translator.

There is a cafe nearby, the prices are high. 7/11 minutes 15 minutes from the hotel. Upon arrival, you can order a taxi to the exchange and back at the reception for 200 Baht. It is problematic to go to Pattaya by taxi, since there are practically no cars nearby, and it takes an average of 150 Baht to get from Pattaya to the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel in December 2024. Everything is great! The hotel is new, the rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The breakfasts are hearty and delicious - buffet style. There are no questions about the hotel! The staff is polite, cleaned every day, everything is clean.

We took a taxi for 200 baht to the center without any problems.
On the contrary, we liked this remoteness, it's quiet, calm, everything you need is nearby. The breakfasts were acceptable, we weren't hungry.

The beach looks normal, but it's better not to go into the water. It's dirty, muddy, and there are boats and small yachts around you. On the first day, we immediately rushed into the sea, went up to our waists and ran out of there 🤣

There is not much beach near the hotel, or rather the bottom is filled with silt. But 300 meters away is a huge and clean beach. The rooms have everything: shampoos, toothbrushes, pastes, balms, shower gels, soap, towels, tea, coffee (everything is changed and checked for availability every day)

The rooms are cleaned every day.
The breakfasts are monotonous, but everything is there: scrambled eggs, cereals, porridge, something spicy must be eaten, some sweets for tea, coffee. You can make toasts. There are vegetables and fruits (there has always been papaya, dragonfruit, watermelon and melon)
There is a cafe at the hotel and around where to eat.
The entrance to the bay is clean, the bay itself is clean compared to central Pattaya.
There is a currency exchange office far from the hotel. So I recommend changing the money immediately to the local currency at the airport

We visited for the first time in 2019. We decided to stay here this time too. On the 1st day, 100 dollars and 1000 baht were stolen. We went down to the reception for literally 15 minutes, and when we returned, the maid was already cleaning the room and there was no money. The admin spread his hands and said that the maid had not taken anything. There wasn't even an apology.
The breakfasts have not changed for 10 days. Well, they haven't changed since 2019))) It's the same thing every day, not even the slightest changes have been made.
They only clean up if you put up a sign.
It is extremely difficult for the staff to understand and speak English.
There are also advantages: The beach and pool are cleaned. The food is delicious, though not varied.

Very noisy. They scream loudly at night, the hotel staff does not react. I came into conflict once. Due to the differences in muscle mass, the latter apologetically retreated. 1) A very quiet, peaceful place. The beach is almost empty, despite the small number of sunbeds, there will always be some free. It's the same in the pool- sometimes our family swam alone in it. The hotel is ideal for a family vacation or for just a sociopath)

3) Very friendly staff.
4) 10 m to the sea. You swim in the pool, you see the sea. The child got used to it in the morning, as everything was close and ran into the pool or into the sea.
5) Daily cleaning, fresh towels for the beach are always available.
Minuses:
1) Generally clean, but for a perfectionist there will be reasons to find fault)
2) Of course, you have to pay for privacy - the hotel is on the outskirts, all locations are very far away.
3) The breakfasts are monotonous and not very tasty. The child cannot be replaced with broccoli and Chinese noodles, as a result, the child was fed in restaurants.

Small rooms, everything is working. A strange bathroom with a glass wall in the room, but there is a vertical curtain.
