Nice hotel. Yes, it is small. There is no territory, but at the same time there is a swimming pool with sun beds. A fairly large foyer with comfortable sofas and armchairs. A cozy restaurant, delicious food, not as much variety as in Turkey, but you will not stay hungry. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day. The staff is friendly, they respond to any request immediately. There is a direct road to the sea, slowly for 10 minutes (for example, I crawl like a snail) We liked it. Of course there is nothing for the children, but my husband and I had a rest together. We were satisfied, we will come again.

I stayed at the hotel from April 14 to April 25, 2025. The hotel is located on the 3rd line of the beach. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Patong beach, along the way there are many shops, as well as fruit stalls, smoothies, etc. There are many cafes and massage services nearby. To the big center of Jang Ceylon, Bansan market and Bangla Road on foot ~ 20 minutes, they are all nearby.
According to the hotel: there is a swimming pool, only breakfast is included. It's not diverse, it's been the same for 10 days. Fried, boiled eggs, omelet are prepared in your presence according to your preferences with filling.
Coffee, tea, hot/cold milk. There are fruits:The dragon was always white, papaya and something unfamiliar to me, maybe there were pears/apples. Lots of salads, 2 types of cheese. There were 2 types of soups in the morning: cream with chicken and like chicken soup, rice porridge.
Cleaning the room - well, it's fine)
The room was comfortable, the TV and air conditioning were working.
The only negative is that the room is sooo dark!
There is a mini-bar, the prices are normal. Of the free 2 bottles of water, 2 tea bags, 2 sugars, 2 coffee bags are updated daily.
I was without children, but I didn't see anything for them, in terms of playgrounds, play areas, etc., there were also only sun beds on Patong beach, children played with sand and with each other. I think it makes sense to bring/buy toys with you.

The elevators have always worked, the Wi-Fi is good!
