A nice villa right on the edge of a mountain, naturally - awesome view. It's off the road a bit, so no noise from the road.
4 bedrooms. 2 with 2 beds and 2 with a single bed. The beds are okay (hence 4 stars).
The outside facilities are very good.
A pool, summer kitchen, cozy brazier, loads of sitting space.

We arrived late in the evening, spent the night and went to the wings of Tatev.
The house is clean. 4 rooms. Hall, kitchen, bathroom.
Downstairs there is a summer kitchen, a large table.
Swimming pool, sun beds.
And most importantly, a gorgeous view!! The place to reboot city dwellers is just perfect!
The only disadvantage is the lack of any nutrition. Since we arrived late, we didn't have time to eat anywhere..
We went to the store for breakfast)
