August 2024 Windy car Turkey - awfull
In August 2024 I rented a car at Windy car in Turkey. The cost for 2 weeks was approx 800 euro.
The car i received was not very clean, besides the horn and one of stop lights weren't t working . In several days the driver's window stopped working - was broken in an open position.
I contacted Windy car and they said that i should drive by myself to their office (1,5 hours in away ) and take another car there. No apologies, no nothing. No intention to assist, bring another car or something. Just pushing me to waste my time to drive in a broken car.
I drove, took another car (with manual transmission instead of automatic that i had and ordered). Again no compensation or anything
Disgusting
Also they charge 60 euro for "insurance", that is actually already included in the price you paid before. Pure fraud
