Through Rentalcars.com we rented an i20 or similar (in fact, Nissan Micra, gasoline, automatic, 2018, mileage about 55 thousand) from 12/26/19 to 01/3/20. The rental price for 8 days is about 8000r/120evr. The hold-deposit is 85 EUR\500 TL.
Pros: no surprises, everything was in line with expectations.
Minuses:
1) The Windycar representative does not receive the same information about the meeting from the Rentalcars aggregator as I do. A call with explanations is required for the meeting, as a result, the meeting was delayed for 40 minutes
2) the hold fell off only a week later, on 10.01.2020
I do not recommend contacting WindyCar. Thieves and scammers. When booking, I paid for a child safety seat, it turned out on the spot that there were no seats available. The money was not returned. A deposit was debited from the card, allegedly for travel on toll roads. The money was not refunded when the car was returned.
