I visited Winchester on Kirov last Saturday and was very impressed. As a person who doesn't like to experiment with new places, I decided only because of the reviews, and they paid off.
I ordered a men's half-box haircut and beard correction. The master immediately caught what I needed: without unnecessary questions, he advised me to just slightly shorten the whiskey and add texture. The beard was designed perfectly — clear lines, no "ladders". We used a hot towel and some cool, odorless lotion that didn't tighten the skin.
Clean, stylish, without pathos. Unobtrusive music was playing in the hall, and men's cosmetics from good brands were on the shelves. The tools are all disposable.
- Zero water in conversations. Barber didn't try to talk about the weather, he only asked about the nuances of the haircut.
- After the service, they explained how to keep the beard shape at home.
Winchester is now my main barbershop. If you want a perfect result without showing off, this is definitely your place.

I arrive on time - the hall is empty, there is no receptionist at the counter. I stood there, looked around... waiting... No one. I decided to look into the back rooms and then leave. But then the master showed up... There is still no administrator. As it turned out later, he was chatting with someone on the porch all this time, I even passed by him... In general, it's unpleasant when you arrive at a certain time, but you weren't expected, it seems.
About the haircut...
here in this place I would need to change the response and apologize for the previous one. I talked to "my" barber and... well, I was unfair. The haircut is good. My hair fell well, just not the way I was used to, and my physique became somewhat younger… So, the master is well done, and I am an old grouch and a conservative.
And I still have to remove one star for the "work" of the administrator.

Pleasant atmosphere. They usually got a haircut, as in a parikhmakherskaya for 7 rubles, and then it was with a few remarks, as needed, although as for me, any more or less hairdresser would have seen for himself, without instructions. Why 2 out of 5? Answer: I came home, looked in the mirror in the light and fucked up. I'm just covered in hair, despite the fact that they washed my hair somehow! Hair is everywhere: forehead, nose, ears, behind the ears, and it's not that there's a little bit, as always happens, there was just a nightmare. Well, this is definitely not the level of a barbershop, not even a barbershop in a household! I'm sure the people who saw me on the street didn't understand where I came from. I write reviews very rarely, but here I want to leave a message: after a haircut, a lot of people go to meetings, negotiations, hangouts. And imagine such a hairy man comes!
