My colleague and I decided to visit this gambling establishment for a change, I have had gaming experience since 2008, so my further judgments have the experience of visiting dozens of clubs and thousands of visits. We played 04.04.25 approximately from 10 to 11 and we could barely stand an hour, the club has such a disgusting attitude towards the guests. It started with a passport check, where the girl in a commanding tone asked to look at her when checking passport photos. OK, let's say it's the right procedure, but is it possible to look at a guest stealthily without orders? Let's say this procedure seemed humiliating to me. Further, from the moment of entry and throughout the game, coffee was not brought or offered to us, all the employees, including the cashier, were standing with the company at the bar. In general, they were there as a group all our playing time, more on that later. I had to ask for coffee myself and they brought it (!!!) in a plastic cup, what a tin, the level of the volcano in 2010.
And for dessert, that was what annoyed us the most, which is exactly why we left the place, even though we had planned the game for the whole day, we just moved to a nearby place and enjoyed the quality service. And the main issue was the absence of the cashier at her workplace throughout our visit, which she safely spent in the company of other employees at the bar. I went to the cashier several times and ALL the times I had to wait, and one of the approaches I stood for at least 5 minutes looking at the cashier at the bar (and it was not a technological break). They were so caught up in something that they couldn't even see anything around them. It seemed beneath my dignity to approach and run after her all over the hall. By the way, we were practically alone in the hall, with 1.2 other people besides us. Now I can guess why it's so empty, because we, regular players with normal turnover, won't be coming back to your place anymore. This is how your employees treat guests and, in my opinion, they are slowly and surely destroying the business.
