Polite employees of the PVZ, perhaps because I often visit them…The point itself needs general cleaning, many places are dirty, somewhere the skirting board should be screwed on, somewhere a plastic corner should be replaced, something should be tinted. In fitting rooms, you don't always want to measure something... firstly, there are no more hooks than there are, secondly, dust and sand on the floor. I understand everything, our people will not wipe their shoes once again, they will not shake them off on the street, there is a rod everywhere with dirty shoes, but once or twice a week it would be necessary to keep the premises clean, the employees themselves sit there all day and breathe it)))) There are more complaints about the administration of the premises, in Aktobe as a whole, few people try to keep order and cleanliness of their premises, shops, departments and storefronts. And if it also brings money steadily, then that's it)))) Yes, another minus for the head is that he can't solve the problem with the Internet for a sooo long time. It is clear that the Internet is not ideal in Kazakhstan, but after all, people who live in this house use the network at home and it turns out, most likely you need to call an intelligent provider once and work quietly! It's more of a review-recommendation! Please do not consider it negative or envious😉

There is always some kind of mess in this PVZ, there are not enough managers, they do not have time to accept parcels, another person is needed! Due to the fact that 2 managers are working at the moment, one is on delivery and the other is on acceptance, and they are extremely slow to do everything, and this is a very busy point, queues are constantly accumulating there at any time of the day. In the PVZ itself, boxes are lying around in a chaotic order (even in the fitting rooms there are boxes with goods), which is why managers can't even find parcels, they have to go with them to look for the parcel number to find their own. Please sort this out! Help the employees, ask the partner-the owner of the PVZ to accept another employee to help. He seems to be saving on the employees' PO. Otherwise, the situation will only worsen further. Thanks!
