I recently visited the Wildberries pick-up point, and was very pleased with my experience! I'd like to mention the convenient location right away — it's easy to get there, which is very important, especially if you have a lot of shopping.
The staff was very friendly and professional. The managers quickly helped me find my order and answered all my questions. I especially liked that they checked the goods before delivery to make sure everything was in order.
The space at the pick-up point is quite spacious and cozy, waiting does not take much time, as the work organization system is well established. All the items were neatly packed and in excellent condition.
Overall, I was very pleased with my visit. Wildberries continues to amaze with the high quality of service, and I will confidently order from them again and recommend them to my friends!

The worst pick-up point, stealing goods! Do not order goods here if you want to then, like me, seek at least a refund for the second month. The support service does not respond, they are fed breakfast. The worst pick-up point!!!
