The changing rooms are gloomy, tiny, sooo dirty. It's good that another pick-up point has opened nearby, now I'm happy to go there, it's heaven and earth compared to this misunderstanding. Apparently, the owner of this item doesn't care at all.
The service is normal, the exception is that the guy doesn't work tactfully. A dirty and very small item. Constant queues. I try not to pick up the goods here.
An excellent point, the location is very convenient for us, the respectful attitude of the staff, if there are queues, they are short, there are two fitting rooms, there is a place (sofa) to wait. I live in the house next door, I have been picking up parcels since the opening and from the very moment of opening, I am struck by some kind of vulgarity and rudeness of the person who works there. I choose a more distant pick-up point, where young guys clearly do their job, and do not make comments like "she thinks it's cool." But the other day I came in with my wife to pick up a parcel. There was a queue and during this queue I heard so much rudeness that I decided to write a review, put one star (although for me it's minus 4) and highly recommend people who want sunshine and wonderful people not to get into this item) all the best.
I specially decided to stop by in the morning so as not to stand in line, the point is open from 10.00 at 10.05 I went in, met a couple of people standing in front of a closed door. The door is locked from the inside. They stood knocking on the closed door - no one opened it, did not come out, did not explain anything. At 10.15 he left, realizing that there was nothing more to do here.
Terrible service, employees leave for a break when they want, brazenly hum, close the door for a break (smoke break) when there is a large queue of people.
