I have been using the services of this point for a long time. I have always been very satisfied with the service.but! A month ago, a new female employee (brunette) appeared. I am outraged by her behavior! THIS EMPLOYEE MAKES SARCASTIC REMARKS AND COMMENTS IN THE PRESENCE OF OTHER CUSTOMERS ABOUT THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT. He asks strange questions about the reason for the return and considers it "very strange" that the product is being returned. What is this all about???Since when is it necessary to report to the employee at the point of delivery of goods about the reasons for the return of goods and justify yourself!!! The employer of this point should think about the competence of this employee. Such behavior is not acceptable in the service sector! There are no questions for other employees - everything is clear, professional, and to the point.
