The room is spacious. The staff is friendly enough, but no frills. There are fitting rooms with mirrors in case you buy clothes. As a rule, all orders arrived on time (but this factor probably does not depend on the pick-up point itself). They are not in a hurry to check the goods. An outlet, a stationery knife, scissors can be used (for unpacking, checking an electrical appliance). They work every day and the schedule is convenient. I live not far away, I'm generally close by, but the subway is not far from them at all, a public transport stop is generally a step away. Quite a decent pick-up point.

The girls are very pleasant, friendly, polite, and happy to answer questions. Always with a smile and a wish for a good day to everyone (the girl Karina told everyone in front of me). It's insanely pleasant!

The location is perfect, but there is always a queue and another disadvantage is that there are three fitting rooms and you always have to queue in them too.
