It was my favorite PVZ until November 2024, when a certain girl came to work there, she never had a badge, if I had described her outwardly, everyone who was there would have understood exactly who I was talking about, she personally constantly forced someone to buy goods in front of me, I watched it every time I went there, they were mostly elderly people, once she just offered to give up the product, unable to find it, I made concessions, I always want to believe that everyone is adequate and we are all human beings. Before that, I ordered one or two pieces of goods, I always picked them up, and I personally did not have a question about returning them. I didn't go there anymore, it was terribly unpleasant to see her communicating with clients, I sent my parents to 78 Rokossovsky so that they wouldn't encounter this extremely unpleasant employee. That point is not always free, and I ordered two pairs of loafers for myself at Rokossovsky 49, went in the evening, after 20:00, thinking that maybe there would be fewer people and it would be calmer to try them on, checked them on the table before leaving, which, by the way, I always checked there, not finding any marriage, went to the fitting,I put one color on one leg, the other on the other, I was with a friend, so I opened the curtain and showed it to make up my mind, when I made the choice, she took it to me, she forced me to buy back what didn't suit me, having found a "marriage", I offered to check the cameras, that I didn't even wear this pair, she didn't she wanted to, saying that I had to show her before the fitting. It seemed to me, or rather, it looked like she decided to do this to me personally, and when I left, I wished her good customers, and she replied maliciously, with a slight smile of malice. The owner of this PVZ, please note, I'm definitely not going there because of her, and I don't recommend it to anyone! Otherwise, you have a huge chance of buying something that didn't suit you, because you just don't like it personally. As I understand it, the owner's earnings depend on the money of the buyout, I am a regular customer of the World Bank, you lose earnings. I'm not the only one affected by this. I don't want to go there at all because of her with such attitudes and behaviors towards people. Especially when there are other pvzs with adequate staff. I am attaching a photo of the “marriage”.

First of all, clean up your dressing rooms, everything is always covered in dust and debris. When I said that you were always the only one with problems, Julia replied, "so don't go to ours," and when I asked how I was supposed to try on white pants without touching the dusty floor, they answered: "well, others are trying it on somehow, you can hold the pant leg," I would like to see this.
In general, I attach photos of "dirty" pants, on which I did not see any spots, dust and other things in the light, which is why I have to make refunds for marriage, wait for my 160p for 2 weeks and waste my time on repeated trips to this place.
A couple of months earlier, this employee "accidentally" spent my 500p orders even before I reached the fitting room, with the words "usually, when this happens, she writes insufficient funds," that is, when servicing this employee, be prepared that money may be "accidentally" debited from the balance for unsuitable goods.
And about the situation with the loss of goods for which a lot of money has already been written off?
I have always tried to treat all joints with respect because of the workload, but when this is repeated more than once or twice, I also respond with rudeness!
Another question: why is there no book of complaints about the PVZ and do I need to go somewhere?

Three fitting rooms take up a lot of space from this small room, a dirty floor with full trash cans, two 40x40 poufs for sitting and that's it..... An awfully small room for a pick-up point where people have to wait their turn outside under the door while waiting for an order or fitting ((the Internet does not catch at all in the room so that you can quickly provide the employee with the data for receiving the order.
