Before that, I ordered one or two pieces of goods, I always picked them up, and I personally did not have a question about returning them. I didn't go there anymore, it was terribly unpleasant to see her communicating with clients, I sent my parents to 78 Rokossovsky so that they wouldn't encounter this extremely unpleasant employee. That point is not always free, and I ordered two pairs of loafers for myself at Rokossovsky 49, went in the evening, after 20:00, thinking that maybe there would be fewer people and it would be calmer to try them on, checked them on the table before leaving, which, by the way, I always checked there, not finding any marriage, went to the fitting,I put one color on one leg, the other on the other, I was with a friend, so I opened the curtain and showed it to make up my mind, when I made the choice, she took it to me, she forced me to buy back what didn't suit me, having found a "marriage", I offered to check the cameras, that I didn't even wear this pair, she didn't she wanted to, saying that I had to show her before the fitting. It seemed to me, or rather, it looked like she decided to do this to me personally, and when I left, I wished her good customers, and she replied maliciously, with a slight smile of malice. The owner of this PVZ, please note, I'm definitely not going there because of her, and I don't recommend it to anyone! Otherwise, you have a huge chance of buying something that didn't suit you, because you just don't like it personally. As I understand it, the owner's earnings depend on the money of the buyout, I am a regular customer of the World Bank, you lose earnings. I'm not the only one affected by this. A couple of months earlier, this employee "accidentally" spent my 500p orders even before I reached the fitting room, with the words "usually, when this happens, she writes insufficient funds," that is, when servicing this employee, be prepared that money may be "accidentally" debited from the balance for unsuitable goods. And about the situation with the loss of goods for which a lot of money has already been written off?
