There is a wonderful delivery point, there is only one problem - parking for cars and check-in. The staff is excellent, it is clear that the girls are trying, transforming the room, making it cozy, even though it is rented. Well done.

1. Extremely inconvenient location of the pick-up point, there is no Parking - the nearest one is 10 minutes on foot. 2. Very frequent "technical breaks" for 20+ minutes 3. Slowness and inexperience of the staff. 4. And the most important drawback is that Wildberries itself does not allow you to order at other pick-up points!!!

Excellent service. but. They don't know how to make a refund!!! They promise to sort it out and call back, but they do not fulfill their promises. I applied twice for the return of the product (which was already approved at the Wildberry site) and received a response twice: We don't know, we'll call you back.
