At the same time, I saw information about the receipt of 1 product, but there was no information about the refund, since the employee of the pick-up point did not issue a refund!!
I had to sit at the pick-up point and wait 10-15 minutes when I saw "return of goods and refund". But until I started to get indignant and demand a book of complaints, a "refund" immediately appeared in my personal account. I ask you to pay attention to this employee, as sometimes you can leave and not even notice that the return of the product has not been issued, and so you can be imperceptibly divorced for money, which you will not notice (!) At the same time, the employee spoke rather rudely, and proved that she had issued the refund. Even though it wasn't in her system. At the same time, it was only after dealing with her that the information about the "refund" finally arrived in my personal account. Buyers need to be careful, they can be deceived at this point!!! It's disgusting!
A good pick-up point for local residents, there are practically no queues. There are booths for fitting. It works according to the schedule. No problems occurred.
