I have been using the site's services for many years: while I lived there in Russia, I have now moved to watch my mother... I picked it up at this point for the second time. I've never seen a worse service. The first time the purchase was about 70 rubles. I didn't get the promised courier.. A couple of days ago (already knowing that there would be no shortage), I decided on the way from Gomel to pick up an order of 4 purchases weighing 3.5 kg for 78 rubles. There were no elementary packages!!! I had to rummage through the trash, find a torn package to put 3 reels of jute and a coffee grinder to take to a neighboring village... To my requests for help, the guy just ignored me for 5 minutes!...
