I went in, the parcels were delivered, after which the employee aggressively warned me to check the goods under the cameras, since in case of marriage she would not accept it. (I have a ransom amount of more than 15,000), I know how the system works. I was kind (I didn't check it, because even with a marriage, I'll pick it up if anything happens), and sent it to the fitting room. No sooner had I started trying on clothes than the employee was just burrowing into the fitting rooms and almost shouting at me, with even more aggression: Did you hear that? I will not accept the product if it is defective. (I felt like I was on the director's carpet)
I calmly replied: okay. And she started trying on clothes. Everything turned out to be fine, except for her behavior, of course. I went out and said kindly: "You let the people go, and then I will," to which I still heard aggressively: "give me the goods, you will stand for a long time." Well, the degree of aggression has already grown so much that I asked (calmly) for a complaint book. Which, of course, is not on the dot. To the question: "Where is she?) the employees frantically began to "Google" and still gave me the address.
Dear employees, respect people you don't know very well, leave your aggression at home and learn the rules of etiquette: hello, goodbye))

Yesterday, a conflict arose at 26 Kuntsevshchyna Street in Minsk
, they wanted to withdraw money from me for a product that did not suit me.Referring to some kind of spot that I didn't even notice, the photo is attached. To which I was rudely told that they would not accept the product, allegedly because of the stain.How is this possible?They refused to give out a book of comments and suggestions, referring to the fact that they did not have one, and no one could give me the number of their administration either.I refused to pick up the unwanted goods, and the staff said that I would call the police myself to resolve this issue, when the police arrived, I explained the whole situation, and even the policeman could not find this stain on my pants, I spent 2.5 hours of my time with a small child!
Please resolve the issue with incompetent sellers of this point of sale or I will contact the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade.
The Republic of Belarus and other bodies.
I definitely won't order any more things at this point until the staff changes there!

I do not recommend this pick-up point, as the employees are rude, dirty and very slow to do their job, sometimes they are not even on site, there are young employees who clearly like to smoke while working.
I ordered quite a few items at this pick-up point, I will change them after the product did not fit me , and the staff confirmed that I picked it up and the money was withdrawn from the card , they issued a refund, which of course did not come, 15p is a small amount, I will not even bother. Be careful and attentive at this pick-up point!

Employees are slow, nervous, do not understand or do not know where the goods are, do not know how to communicate with customers. Passive aggression 10/10. The room is dirty and it's not about boxes or packages of goods, but in general everything is dirty, as if it is cleaned once a month. Goods are not carefully checked, they are thrown. Yes, I understand that it is difficult to work without breaks, but when these breaks are 5 times a day and 15 minutes each. It's too much. People themselves go from work, someone after a 12-hour shift at the factory and there the work will be more difficult than sitting picking up goods. She draws the numbers on the product and throws them into a box, in front of the buyer, to the remark why you treat other people's things so casually, she replied as if she knew that there was nothing valuable there. And then you wonder about broken or scratched things.
