I was kind (I didn't check it, because even with a marriage, I'll pick it up if anything happens), and sent it to the fitting room. No sooner had I started trying on clothes than the employee was just burrowing into the fitting rooms and almost shouting at me, with even more aggression: Did you hear that? I will not accept the product if it is defective. (I felt like I was on the director's carpet)
I calmly replied: okay. And she started trying on clothes. Everything turned out to be fine, except for her behavior, of course. I went out and said kindly: "You let the people go, and then I will," to which I still heard aggressively: "give me the goods, you will stand for a long time." Well, the degree of aggression has already grown so much that I asked (calmly) for a complaint book. Which, of course, is not on the dot. To the question: "Where is she?) the employees frantically began to "Google" and still gave me the address.

To which I was rudely told that they would not accept the product, allegedly because of the stain.How is this possible?They refused to give out a book of comments and suggestions, referring to the fact that they did not have one, and no one could give me the number of their administration either.I refused to pick up the unwanted goods, and the staff said that I would call the police myself to resolve this issue, when the police arrived, I explained the whole situation, and even the policeman could not find this stain on my pants, I spent 2.5 hours of my time with a small child!
Please resolve the issue with incompetent sellers of this point of sale or I will contact the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade.

Employees are slow, nervous, do not understand or do not know where the goods are, do not know how to communicate with customers. Passive aggression 10/10. The room is dirty and it's not about boxes or packages of goods, but in general everything is dirty, as if it is cleaned once a month. Goods are not carefully checked, they are thrown. There is no experienced employee on the shift, the guys can handle 2/10
