The product came in size 46 instead of 42, I wanted to refuse, but the sellers began to demand payment and say that I allegedly replaced the product in the fitting room! Yes, I took another jacket out of my pocket! I offered to call the police, to which the head shouted into the phone: yes, at least let the riot police call! During acceptance and with an employee, I opened the package, checked the integrity and completeness, and found out that the jacket was large only when trying it on. I left my jacket at the PVZ, and a little later, the employees debited money from my card, without my knowledge and consent. There is no complaint book at the point. No respect for customers and a desire to help, stupidly: pay! I will go to court.

A good pick-up point. A large space. Large windows. It's bright in the afternoon. There are no queues or they are rare. Good staff. Always in place. They issue an order promptly.
The pick-up point is normal. A rack, a warehouse, and a couple of fitting booths. No worse or better than dozens of other items.
But the staff there is friendly, tactful and polite. This is encouraging.
