Yes, I took another jacket out of my pocket! I offered to call the police, to which the head shouted into the phone: yes, at least let the riot police call! During acceptance and with an employee, I opened the package, checked the integrity and completeness, and found out that the jacket was large only when trying it on. I left my jacket at the PVZ, and a little later, the employees debited money from my card, without my knowledge and consent. There is no complaint book at the point. No respect for customers and a desire to help, stupidly: pay! I will go to court.
