Because I knew until yesterday that the employee is conscientious and does his job efficiently.
The order included insect bite gel "chill" and a curb tape.
The "gel", as I thought at the time, was packed in a box. There should have been 2 tubes in total.
As a result, in particular, it is my fault that I did not check the authenticity of the product and took it away. I came home, opened it, and there, instead of my gel, there is a returnable pvz tape. Maybe a substitution, and maybe not.
Today, 25.10.
I came to the pick-up point, began to calmly explain that this was the case, they began to raise my voice and accuse me that it was my fault, and so to speak "sent" me on a trip far and for a long time.
She asked to return it with a paid refusal, because the request for a refund is rejected and in no way will you achieve the truth. In response, this person told me that she could not help in any way. Excuse me, please, firstly, you do not need to talk to customers in a raised tone, And secondly, why are you sitting there if you shout "I CAN'T HELP YOU"?

Terrible pick-up point: 1. At the pick-up point, ozone and wildberries are combined in one room; 2. The employee is not friendly to visitors 3. They do not allow the goods to be checked for the presence of goods in the box or the absence of damage, guided by the fact that it is impossible to open the package; 4. When leaving the parking lot, you can punch the wheel with fittings. Total: the worst of the PVZ in Orsha. I witnessed how rude the customer was to me. So the service is below 1 star. What I want to say to someone who has decided to receive goods at this PVZ: think carefully about whether it is worth picking up the goods at this point… I ordered the issue at this point by mistake and regretted it! As they wrote earlier that the goods were unpacked at home, and there was a substitution (I told the employee of the point that I wanted to open the package at the point under the camera, but she refused to open the package). So the rights of the buyer are violated in the PVZ.
