Before accepting the goods, let the guys at the pick-up point check how I have to listen to someone smearing a thing that I didn't even try on.
I came to the pick-up point, ordered a top, I didn't even open it, but apparently the girl at the pick-up point didn't like me right away!
When I refused the top, she opened it, started saying at first that it was in the toner, then said it was just dirty, when I started to prove that I hadn't even opened it- no one cared.
I understand that she also needs to report to her boss for the goods, but there must be some kind of customer orientation.
Interestingly, someone ordered this top, smeared it, it came to me and I listened.

Small PVZ, the staff is always polite. I have never found queues, unlike another PVZ, which, although closer to home, you can stand in line there for an hour, so now I choose this item.
