A couple of days later, I came to return the goods for a refund and was pleasantly surprised that the girl remembered me and asked how everything went.
It's always nice to come to such smiling people for an order.

Employees systematically perform such manipulations. By handing over the goods without waiting for verification, they immediately carry out how they were received, and then if a defect or something else turns out, people are told that these are your problems, make a refund through the LC.
One star only for one employee, who seems to be the only adequate one there.
The point is small, but cozy, always clean, even in winter when it's slushy outside, there is a table for children, when she came with her daughter, she barely persuaded her to leave, as if there were no pencils at home))) the girls are friendly, there have never been any conflict situations.
