Today I came across the worst service at the Wildberries pick-up point. It's become unbearable to go there lately. One of the employees is incompetent towards clients.
I decided to return the ordered product because it turned out to be small, but they refused me, arguing that the product was dirty (and not by me). The sole of the sneakers was perfectly clean (it was obvious that they had not been worn before). But as the employee stated, the loop at the back of the shoe was a little yellow. The employee of the point resolutely refused to accept the refund, stating that it was impossible to return such items. And he said that it was necessary to fix the problem (to wash), but we all know that washed things cannot be returned. It would be half the trouble if the employee explained the reasons for the refusal professionally and politely. But his behavior left the most negative impression. Firstly, he rudely stated that the company does not accept products with contamination, while pointedly ignoring the fact that this was not my fault. Secondly, the whole communication procedure was conducted in a spirit of complete disregard for my time and problems.
Most of all, I was outraged by the employee's approach itself: the feeling of an absolute lack of responsibility and concern for the client. I have never seen such an attitude in my life. I understand perfectly well what hard work it is, but such treatment of clients is impossible to tolerate.
To summarize, I would like to note that visiting the delivery point has become a real test of nerves and patience. If the situation does not change dramatically, I will recommend that friends and acquaintances refrain from visiting this Wildberries pick-up point. The feeling of complete irritation will remain for a long time. I hope the management will pay attention to the problem and take the necessary measures, otherwise the customers will leave one by one. I'm sorry to say that a large number of customers have left a similar review on the employees of the pick-up point.
Everything was fine, there were no complaints before. Today, the staff, namely the girl, showed herself in all her glory. Snorting, grabbing the goods from the hands for return, with the words "well, what do you have". And in response to a remark made in a calm manner, without insults, she presented that she was actually ill and had a fever. I'm sorry, but if you come to work, then do it well and don't dump your problems on the buyer. I also went to work with a fever, but I always treat people with understanding, friendly, and help. I'm in shock.
I used to trust this pick-up point, but today I come to pick up the goods and see a defect on the packaging from a cutting object that damaged the goods themselves. (I am sure that this is the negligence of the staff of the pick-up point during unpacking the boxes with orders). It's a shame, it was a Christmas present.
So from now on, I recommend that customers inspect the goods more carefully, and that the management deal with the lawlessness.
When returning the product , they found fault with the stains on the sole of the shoe , and the stains from the box and the size of the stains are not more than 0.5 cm . Like it's a marriage, wipe it off or apply for a marriage. And how do you even understand what marriage is according to their logic?!In general, they have already become unequal at points where they work from sole proprietors!!!!!
A very cool pick-up point. There is everything at the pick-up point to open the parcel. It comes quickly, most often the day after tomorrow. Friendly staff.
