They don't give orders until they accept refunds from the previous customer, when asked how long to wait, the answer is until I accept all refunds and close the cards (and so on all the time, there are no queues, but you always wait, it's good when there's one refund, but today the employee was packing 4 refunds and had to wait for the previous person to check more goods and maybe something will be returned, I had to leave without my purchase). With this kind of work, before the holidays, when there is a large flow of parcels, there will be kilometer-long queues.
