I arrived the other day 10 minutes before closing time. I went in and asked the serving girl if I should come in another day, since I had to try on a lot of positions. She agreed to wait for me to try everything on without any problems, and so she stayed 10 minutes after work! Many thanks to the employee Maria! Thanks to her, this evening has become a little more pleasant with new sandals for graduation. 🥰

The service is terrible, the employees clearly do not like their work, and they are almost constantly met with negativity.The queue is always huge, but no one is in any hurry.There have been situations several times when the product has arrived a long time ago according to the application, but they simply cannot find it.

The PVZ is near the house, the girl before me was looking for the goods for half an hour, and a queue gathered accordingly. I'd rather re-order for another PVZ, although further. I do not recommend ordering there! The staff is not friendly, it's dirty!
