A great point. There are never long queues. Everything is fast and efficient. But sometimes there are no packing bags. Polite staff. Near the house

You are welcome!!!!Teach the staff how to work!!! We went to pick up ONE paid item, stood in line, and still did not give the order ! The employee said, "I can't find the product, maybe it's not there, come back tomorrow." What do you mean, maybe it doesn't exist? What do you mean, come back tomorrow? Disgusting attitude! OF COURSE, THE PAID PRODUCT WAS NOT FOUND AND WAS NOT RETURNED ! Why should I waste my time now and walk around every day hoping that they will find my product???

it's terribly crowded, there are always queues and two lost orders already. they registered them as "ready for delivery", and then could not find them in their cellars. if possible, order in some other PVZ, this one is not worth it
