It is not possible to cancel the order. There was a crash on the computer and the whole basket was formed. Give people the opportunity to refuse the goods within 10-30 minutes and only after that let the order take effect. Anything can happen. And if there are 100 products and overall? - how is it possible to order such a quantity with one button? - make restrictions: one order of 10 items, for example, or with confirmation that you agree to place such an order? This will also protect sellers from unnecessary shipments, in the way of which the goods may be damaged.

Of course I understand you, but 1 point.The madhouse is full, irresponsibility and ignorance of the software. Arrogant behavior, detachment from the client, disregard. I am not satisfied with the work of this pick-up point. I note that in general I do not have a negative attitude to the wildberries online store. I am satisfied with the assortment and quality of the products provided.Wildberries need to check their franchises.
