The staff treats customers disrespectfully, at first I tried to ignore it, but as you can see, it didn't work out. They don't respond to questions several times, they're rude, they twist (I probably thought I wouldn't hear) it's clear that they don't care about their job, I understand this is not the best place to work, but the people around them are not to blame for their situation and I don't want any two ill-mannered girls to spoil my mood. Change the staff if you want orders and people to arrive at your pick-up point.
They wrote off money for goods that they did not buy, but they were immediately refused at the point of export, the vehicle did not fit (everything is under the cameras). Tech support did not help in any way, they referred to the error of the manager, who made the payment, and then issued it as a refund from home. He allegedly received the goods, took them home, but then returned them. Check the invoices after purchase...
An excellent order pick-up point, pleasant staff, work quickly enough, there are usually no large queues, and if queues happen, then every customer is served very quickly. There is only one fitting room, there may be difficulties with fitting. But overall the place is great.
