The staff treats customers disrespectfully, at first I tried to ignore it, but as you can see, it didn't work out. They don't respond to questions several times, they're rude, they twist (I probably thought I wouldn't hear) it's clear that they don't care about their job, I understand this is not the best place to work, but the people around them are not to blame for their situation and I don't want any two ill-mannered girls to spoil my mood. Change the staff if you want orders and people to arrive at your pick-up point.

I want to leave a review about an employee who worked on January 29th. Very rude, boorish, raises her voice, interrupts. I refused to give my name, inserted word forms like "and what" and literally insulted with my pressure on the issue of return, although I am well acquainted with the rules. Man is absolutely not cut out to work with people. I even refused the dress that I wanted to take, the sediment is most unpleasant. I'm not going there anymore.

An excellent order pick-up point, pleasant staff, work quickly enough, there are usually no large queues, and if queues happen, then every customer is served very quickly. There is only one fitting room, there may be difficulties with fitting. But overall the place is great.
