The outrageous work of the pick-up point. When trying on the white jeans, I immediately discovered that the product was dirty. After the fitting, she calmly informed the counter about it. In response, there was shouting, rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism. The staff didn't even try to figure it out, but started accusing and behaving aggressively. This is not the first case: rudeness, disrespectful attitude towards customers, disorder in the room. There's always dust, boxes at the counter, and work chaos. The staff does not have basic communication skills, they simply do not know how to solve standard situations. This approach is unacceptable. I hope Wildberries will pay attention to the operation of this point and take action. Customers come for adequate service, not for scandals and humiliation.
