There are no claims to the pick-up point, there are significant claims to the wildberries policy, the goods are issued quickly, but taking into account the quantity, the pick-up point is sometimes unavailable in the choice of delivery, possibly due to the fact that only 1 person works, or the room is not large enough.
The delay of the goods at the reception point itself (Partizansky Ave., 13). Since December 19, orders have been standing in place at the point itself, many orders have been stuck, since they do not have time to sort out what they accepted. There is no way to get through at the very point, everything is packed with boxes. Close up, do not accept new arrivals, deal with the previous ones. Turn on your conscience and desire to work!
A good point. There are usually no queues, even if there are, they are served very quickly. Usually my visits take about 1-2 minutes maximum. It happens a little more, but extremely rarely. The staff is friendly. I recommend this item:)

It's all good. However, because of the New Year holidays, there was a huge queue, the delivery worker tried to give orders as quickly as possible. The room is cozy, warm, there are fitting rooms. However, the cabins are small.
Constantly everything is littered with carob, about the delivery counter, which is all peeled off and the hall is captured with incomprehensible tape, I'm generally silent, a couple of times I saw how orders are taken, pushing and throwing it into boxes so that everything can break even though the seller sent the order whole. What is slightly poorly closed at the same time flies out of the packaging, something flies past the boxes directly to the floor. The queue is on the street, and it moves very slowly due to the fact that they are looking for orders for a long time.
The goods arrived, they were given out without problems, but for some reason they wrote off money for a package that they did not take. In my opinion, this is arrogance..
