Good afternoon! We have been contacting this pick-up point for a long time, always polite staff, nice girls who adhere to ethical behavior. There have never been any problems. But unfortunately, I can't say the same about the incident that happened today. The goods were being sold by a man (apparently, a new employee of the World Bank). Several models of sneakers in different sizes were ordered, and before fitting, we were told to check the dimensions under the cameras. Everything was checked, everything corresponded to what was ordered. After the return of the 3rd model, the employee began to raise his tone, interrupt and not give an explanation of the situation. You see, we checked poorly and ordered "a bunch of everything." After endless explanations that the product had been viewed before fitting, no packages were confused, only one thing was repeated: "I'm not going to pay my money. It's your fault. I told you to check it several times." So how do we prove that we did everything right? All this, I repeat, was accompanied by a raised tone and unjustified argument. When another employee approached , it turned out that it wasn't our fault (as expected) . The man incorrectly issued the refund and did not review the item he was canceling. I think an employee should perform his duties efficiently while in the workplace. The whole conflict was resolved only thanks to this girl. We did not hear any apologies addressed to us, only repeated: "We need to check everything!".
I understand that everyone has "bad days", but the rules of communication and tact with clients should always be followed, especially when it's not the client's fault))
The pick-up point is next to the house, very convenient. The staff is always polite, even the girls sometimes help with the choice. Thank you for the good work
