I was very happy when the PVZ was opened on the Quarry near the house. I started ordering everything there. I used to have to go to Suvorov Street. Some kind of questionable service every time. And an uncomfortable environment. But I ordered there anyway, because it's close. I tried on a white sweatshirt today. Before fitting, I checked if the jacket was there and the size. I looked at it that way. I went to measure it. The jacket was small and showed through a lot. Naturally, I'm giving it away. And the girl just spent 2 minutes looking through every mm of the jacket. And I found a long-standing stain of the toner. (I didn't even find this spot when I came home). She said pay and make a refund. I understand that you have such rules, but we are all human beings. I had a hard time finding this spot to photograph for a refund. A question for the girl: as if you specifically wanted to find a spot, knowing that it would definitely be on a white thing? What's in it for you? Will they issue a bonus? They just ruined the mood for themselves and me. And I understand why you do that. The other delivery points are filled out, there are a lot of customers there. And you probably have a lot of time to look at things under a magnifying glass. Have a nice day! And more satisfied customers. But it's already a minus one.
Unfortunately, I ran into an extremely unpleasant situation at the pick-up point. When trying on a dress that didn't fit me, the employee began to carefully examine it literally under a magnifying glass, as if she was purposefully looking for a flaw. The inspection lasted 5-7 minutes, and in the end, she found a defect on the wrong side and demanded that I pay for the goods, which she was not going to redeem.
I explained that I had taken the dress exclusively for fitting in order to evaluate the fit and quality before a possible order. However, I was asked to come back the next day and pay for it. Later, the situation escalated into direct pressure: calls, messages on social networks, and threats to contact law enforcement agencies began.
I consider this attitude towards the client to be absolutely unacceptable.
I ask Wildberries to pay attention to the behavior of the employees of this PVZ and take appropriate measures. I am a regular customer, and I really hope that such cases will be isolated and will not go unnoticed.
