The employee of the pick-up point was rude, offered to use the services of another pick-up point, all because I asked to check the return of the previous buyer a little faster. It was very stuffy at the pick-up point, I was with a baby in a stroller, the child was already acting up, the employee reacted quite aggressively to my request, argued with me for a long time during the return check, shouted at me from the warehouse when he was looking for my goods, and caught up with me when I left, upset me, was rude when other customers, provoked a scandal. He said that he was a dibil, of course I didn't say that, I just asked to speed up a little, drawing attention to the fact that other employees at this pick-up point are coping much faster with the same tasks. He said that I would not tell him how to work, although why should I not draw his attention to this if I use the services of this pick-up point. I think that the employee reacted inadequately to a simple request, also considering that I expect without complaints on the street when he asks to wait while he smokes. Of course, you should listen to the suggestion of Egor's employee and use the services of another PVZ.

I'm waiting, waiting, waiting and again "Oh, this is your order was not found yesterday, I do not know where it is, it's not my fault" well, damn, I was so hoping that it was found and I was not in vain walking after work (I'm not on my way, there is no WB near the house) as a result, a queue gathered and they said to me, "you can see what a queue, I can't help you"
The order has been paid, the amount is about 50 rubles, I need it right now, and I will be dynamited, tomorrow I will go for the 3rd time, I hope they will find it

This is not the first time I have come to this point. Very, very dirty. There is a constantly overflowing garbage container at the entrance. Paper, cartons, cigarette butts, bags. The inside of the point is also dirty. No one is in a hurry to clean up.
