I've never had any complaints (I've been visiting since the opening). The staff is polite, friendly, they work quickly, they keep order.

Terrible service at this point, the employee Ekaterina, who served me at 11 a.m. on May 11, was rude and disrespectful, did not answer any questions. There was rudeness. Awful.
Issuing orders can be fast, and sometimes it takes a very long time for employees to work slowly, I would like Valberis employees to do their job faster in issuing orders!
The staff comments on the reviews. The second floor with a stroller will not rise. Now the elevator is working, but first you need to go up for the key, after which you will be able to use it. The staff generally communicate well.
